Sometimes you make things out from what you’ve got. One afternoon when hubby came home early, lunch wasn’t quite ready. An inspired thought and Boom! Red Prawn noodles was born. Ha!..not quite as dramatic as it sounded but coming to think of that, such a dish wouldn’t have come out if I didn’t have those three magic sauces that I always keep in my refrigerator….
